  - Is the biggest room and is full of potential

  - If the room is rented full time no sharing would be required

Mentorship opportunities:

Healing Waters SalonSpa was founded on the belief that success is built through support and continuous growth. Educational sharing is entirely request-based. Mentees drive their learning by requesting sessions with Jessica Solie (industry professional since 2011, hair extension specialist since 2016) based on their immediate business goals.

6-Month Growth Track

Ideal For: Newly licensed stylists or those rebuilding clientele who want foundational business guidance.
Core Focus Areas: Client retention, consultation skills, time management, social media marketing, pricing strategies, and color formulation support.

12-Month Success Track

Ideal For: Professionals seeking extended business accountability, advanced brand development, and comprehensive revenue tracking.
Core Focus Areas: Includes all 6-month topics plus advanced physical color education, long-term business planning, and strategic revenue growth tracking.
