Healing Waters SalonSpa Cancellation Policy

 

Any Appointments must be canceled 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Appointments canceled 48 hours or after the 48 hours, will be charged a 30% fee at the time of cancellation. If the cancellation fee is not paid at the time of the cancellation. Then it must be paid before the next appointment.

 

When a scheduled appointment is completely missed. A no show fee of 50% will be charged at the time of the missed appointment. If the no show fee is not paid. Then it must be paid before the next appointment.

 

Rescheduling appointments

After the first initial scheduled date for the appointment, you will be allowed to reschedule your appointment once.  At the second reschedule or after the 48 hour cancellation notice of the appointment. A 30% cancellation fee will be charged before confirming a new appointment.
